I went to my first session at the gym today. I decided my main concerns at this time are cardio, trying to get my circular system in shape, and tone. I'm fine with my weight, i just want to increase density and definition.
When I quit smoking I was concerned that I would be eating too much. I didn't care if I gained weight but stuffing my face constantly couldn't be good. Turns out, as the dude tells me, I may not be eating enough. How lucky is that? I LOVE eating.
After talking for a bit the trainer dude set me loose. I worked out a bit then hit the showers. Upon doing so I realized I'm going to have the same problem at the gym that I had in high school...I can't see a thing without my glasses.
